• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Jewelry purchased during special sales or promotions (unless otherwise stated)
• Engraved jewelry
• Jewelry that has been resized or altered
• Jewelry without original tags, certificates, or packaging

3. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defects identified within 7 days of purchase
• Incorrect item delivered (if applicable for special orders)
• Damaged product received

5. Gold Exchange and Buyback

5.1 Old Gold Exchange

When exchanging old gold jewelry for new:

• Gold value is based on current market rates and purity
• Making charges from old jewelry are not included in exchange value
• Old jewelry will be tested for purity
• Exchange value will be applied to new purchase
• Cash payment is not provided for old gold exchange

5.2 Buyback Program

• We offer buyback for jewelry purchased from our store
• Original purchase receipt must be presented
• Buyback rate is based on current gold prices
• Making charges are not included in buyback value
